Equipment for Daily Training and Courses
We kindly ask you to bring:
  • Black & beige socks
  • A training elastic/flex band, massage ball, or a similar small ball
  • Two sets of underwear in beige and black
We also recommend having the following items:
  • A foam roller
  • A yoga mat
  • Swimwear
Additional Expenses Related to the Programme
Literature for specific workshops can partly be found online or in public libraries. However, in some cases, there may be limited additional expenses for literature and apps that support the curriculum.
CCDS collaborates with several organisations, and some classes as well as almost all performances take place outside the CCDS studio. If you have a bicycle, you will be able to bike to most locations. Otherwise, please consider the cost of public transportation during the year.
 

Teaching language

The daily lessons and correspondence are in English. We do not require any certificate confirming your language ability, but expect you to be able to follow instructions in English.

As soon as we receive the first installment from you, we will send you a receipt. If you do not pay on time, you will lose your place at the school.
Payment is final and non-refundable without a medical certificate .

When you transfer money from outside Denmark, then please be aware that the bank charges a fee for the transfer. You have to add that amount to your installment.

CCDS only collects data actively given by you, fx information sent via the application form or sent by email. CCDS only requests and keeps data of relevance to the school. By sending information to CCDS you accept that we may keep this data for internal use. CCDS does not share your data externally. If you wish to know what data is registered on you or wish data deleted, you are welcome to email info@cph-dance.com.

To search online for housing in Copenhagen prior to your time in Copenhagen can be difficult. It is possible to find house through the internet but It is a lot easier once you are in the city. A good way to find housing prior to your arrival is to contact the CCDS student network on Facebook.

Residence Rights for EU Students in Denmark

As an EU citizen, you are free to enter Denmark and you may study and work in Denmark from the day you arrive. You do not need a permit to study or work.
As a student outside EU  you must apply for an EU residence document.
