Course-related expences
Literature for subjects of Anatomy & Physiology, Music and Dance History is partly found online and on public libraries, however, in few cases there are expenses related to literature supporting the curriculum. Students are expected to bring their own laptop, training clothes (indoor and outdoor use), shoes (indoor and outdoor use and running shoes), knee pads, flexband, and also nude and black underwear, nude and black socks and swimwear. Furthermore, the school recommends apps to download for a small fee for educational purpose.
Teaching language
The daily lessons and correspondence are in English. We do not require any certificate confirming your language ability, but expect you to be able to follow instructions in English.
Student in Copenhagen
On this webpage you can find a lot of good advice: Study in Denmark. Be aware that CCDS is an independent education and thus does not give you all of the same options as a state education. On the webpage you can also find information in regards to working in Denmark, the health system, banks and much more.
To search online for housing in Copenhagen prior to your time in Copenhagen can be difficult. It is possible to find house through the internet but It is a lot easier once you are in the city. A good way to find housing prior to your arrival is to contact the CCDS student network on Facebook.
